DOES DRINKING YOUNG COCONUT WATER MAKE US WEAK?

In Indonesia, many people think that drinking young coconut water can make them weak. Is the assumption true? What are the negative and positive impacts of drinking coconut water? As coconut trees are so abundant in this tropical country, knowing the truth of drinking coconut water is necessary.
